Every day, families hear the words no parent should ever have to hear: “Your child has cancer.” It’s a reality that changes everything. Hospital rooms replace playgrounds. IV poles stand where backpacks once hung. Brave little fighters learn the language of treatments and scans when they should be learning their ABCs. And yet—through it all—these kids show a kind of strength and courage that humbles us all. They smile through the pain. They keep dreaming. They keep fighting. This month, Teddy stands shoulder to shoulder with every child in treatment, every survivor, every parent sitting anxiously by a bedside, and every sibling trying to be strong.
