Home - Rutland County Restorative Justice Center
Our mission is to engage community members in responding to the needs of crime victims, the community, and those who violate the law, holding the latter accountable in a manner that promotes responsible and restorative behavior. We are dedicated to making our community healthier and safer. We provide restorative justice programming for juveniles and adults who are at-risk for future adverse involvement in our legal system. We aim to address underlying causes of criminal behavior, facilitate the reparation of harm caused by crime, and connect participants and harmed parties to appropriate community resources.

We proudly host the following programs Diversion Youth Substance Awareness Safety Program YSASP Driving with License Suspended DLS Tamarack Balanced Restorative Justice BARJ Pretrial Services Social Emotional Intelligence Course Affinity Spaces The goal of all our programs is to make Rutland County safer through the use of restorative justice.
