From the moment Troy became a Panther in 9th grade, he has been at the heart of our school community. He knows and extends care toward everyone he sees – in the halls, in the library, during snack and passing periods; his warmth is infectious. He is often found giving a fist bump to a lower school buddy or giving counsel as a Peer Leader to a mentee. He leads at Browning and beyond it, as he serves as representative to the Black Student Coalition. Troy will go out of his way to help others and uplift the community. He has a great sense of humor and can light up any room with his laughter. Troy’s exceptional communication skills make him a talented creative writer. It will be hard for Browning to find a place where Quinny hasn’t left an impression, a mark of his wisdom, kindness, and dedication. Quinny has always been a fierce advocate for his peers, finding ways for them to thrive and have fun while doing it. His leadership on Student Council, in the Jewish Alliance Group, and as Editor in Chief of the 'Grytte' point to his well-rounded, all-star approach. Quinny is constantly generous and reliable. His peers remark that he is the one who first comes to mind when they think of a “Browning Gentleman.” He will be the one to offer a kind word during tough times or model what it means to stay grounded and focused.
