North Country Healthcare (NCH) is proud to announce that six of our nurses from our hospital affiliates, have achieved Clinical Nurse Level Two (CN2) status for their 2025 nursing practice. The Clinical Ladder is a professional development tool, for RNs, which encourages advancement of the bedside nurse and rewards nurses for participation in three domains: leadership, education/professional growth, and clinical performance. The goals of the program are to encourage career advancement and retention, increase competency, improve quality care and positively impact work satisfaction. The Clinical Ladder is a System-wide program administered through the education department and is made up of three levels with corresponding criteria for the Clinical Nurse Program.
