FFS is a not-for-profit outpatient drug and alcohol treatment, intervention and prevention clinic available to all residents of Oswego and surrounding counties. TO REDUCE AND ELIMINATE THE ABUSE OF ALCOHOL AND OTHER DRUGS IN THE OSWEGO COUNTY COMMUNITY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF TREATMENT SERVICES, PREVENTION SERVICES, AND INTERVENTION STRATEGIES, AS WELL AS NETWORKING WITH APPROPRIATE COMMUNITY AGENCIES AND PROVIDERS OF ADDICTION RELATED SERVICES.
