IPAC founded in 1998 by Social Worker & Artist Rahsona Elder. IPAC is committed to creatively empower youth. The arts center consists of a dedicated staff of local artist who train and empower youth weekly with classes in theater, voice, drums, art, dance, piano, television and commercials. IPAC produces a yearly inspirational play that tackles serious issues social ills creatively. The arts center is dedicated to become a beacon of light to the City of Paterson and surrounding communities. IPAC continues to use the arts as a vehicle to develop, train, and motivate our children!
