The Trauma Resource Institute (TRI) is a nonprofit health organization devoted to cultivating trauma-informed and resiliency-focused individuals and communities throughout the world. The Trauma Resource Institute is a non-profit organization that cultivates resiliency informed and trauma informed communities based on cutting edge neuroscience. We train individuals in biological-based models that restore resiliency, called the Community Resiliency Model(CRM)® and the Trauma Resiliency Model(TRM)®. Our Mission: • To take people from despair to hope through simple skills-based interventions based on cutting-edge research about the brain; • To expand access to wellness skills to enhance resiliency for our active duty service members, veterans and their families; • To expand access to biologically-based treatments by training frontline service providers, community leaders and clinicians in order to build local capacity in diverse communities nationally and internationally.
