Mali Rising Foundation envisions a world where the children of Mali all have safe access to educatio Mali Rising Foundation's mission is to empower the children of Mali, West Africa by improving access to and the quality of educational opportunities for them within their own communities. This mission will help achieve our vision – a fully functioning middle school within walking distance of every child in the country.
