We are a community chorus based in beautiful MidCoast Maine. We offer 2 concert programs each year. Money raised supports musically talented students. Tapestry Singers is a midcoast Maine community choir featuring the works of living composers. Our organization exists to achieve the following goals: To promote the performance and enjoyment of choral music…where community members may rehearse and perform under professional leadership; To bring affordable live choral music performances to community audiences; To foster interest in and understanding of choral music in the general public and among students in the community.Tapestry Singers provides an annual cash prize to a local student who demonstrates outstanding musical talent and potential. We rely on the support of community members and local businesses to help us achieve our goal.
