The Ambulance Association of Pennsylvania AAP is the lead organization for the advancement of the needs of its members in the emergency and nonemergency ambulance and medical transportation industry. The AAP advocates the highest quality patient care through ethical and sound business practices advancing the interests of its members in important legislative regulatory educational and reimbursement issues. LEARN MORE Whats New Access to EMS and Patient Billing Protections 03072025 113 PM Anonymous member Administrator In response to the turmoil in Pennsylvanias EMS system and the Senate Health and Human Services hearing on June 6 2023 the Ambulance Association of Pennsylvania established an EMS Workforce and Solutions Group to bring stakeholders together with the purpose of strengthening our EMS system. The stakeholders included AAP Board members regional council directorsrepresentatives the Deputy Executive Secretary of the Department of Health Bureau of EMS staff and staff from the Pennsylvania legislature.
