Press Release: The Rory O’Moore School of Pipes & Drums has a new location! 🥁🎶 We are excited to announce that all Monday school classes and Tuesday band practices will now take place at the Irish American Association of North West Jersey! ☘️ Our New Practice Location :📍352 Richard Mine Rd, Wharton, NJ 07885 Our school offers a welcoming, family-like atmosphere for practice and learning. School hours take place on Monday nights with classes beginning at 6:30PM and is open to all ages. Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent. Enrollment is open to anyone interested in pipes or drums—no previous experience required. What we offer: • Friendly, experienced instruction provided for beginners and advanced students alike • Lessons available on bagpipes, snare, tenor, and bass drums. Our full Band Practice takes place on Tuesday nights beginning at 7:00 PM. ⭐️Prospective members are always welcome to visit during scheduled hours to learn more about joining. The band had a busy Labor Day Weekend! The competition band wrapped up their season with a decent run Saturday at the Capital District Scottish Games. Today we celebrated Labor Day by marching in the Mendham parade. We had a fabulous summer both competing and practicing and we are excited for new beginnings coming this fall. 🍂🎶☘️ (fb)

Join our Band Lessons The Rory OMoore School of Pipes and Drums is an educational organization whose goal is to foster the teaching and learning of the Great Highland Bagpipe as well as the snare tenor and bass drums Open Enrollment Student enrollment and band membership is open to any person of any age that has an interest in bagpipes or drums. No prior experience is necessary to begin lessons at the school. Practice chanters drum pads and sticks are available for purchase and advanced instruction is also available. For those under 10 years of age we ask that the parents accompany the new member to practice sessions and rehearsals.
