Chapter 190 represents the National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors in Southern California. 1 ONAWCC Chapter 190 was the sponsoring Chapter for the 'WARD FRANCILLION TIME SYMPOSIUM" A world wide educational Symposium at the California Institue of Technology, Pasadena CA on Nov 7-9 This was sucessfully completed and will be a one time event 2 Sponsor six educational workshops on horoligal timepiece repair and provide forum for horoligal studies and the preservation of historical materials
