Helping Hands and Horses is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization which provides equine therapy to children with a wide variety of disabilities. In partnership with the community, serve Children, Adults, Veterans, and Special Equestrian Olympians from the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area, with physical or occupational needs build a positive self-concept and support their families with respite by providing personalized horse therapy services, at no cost.
