Welcome. The Arc of Franklin Fulton Counties works toward the goal of having people with developmental disabilities fully participate in civil social educational health and employment activities in the communities in which they reside with the opportunity to grow to their fullest potential in every way. The Arc of FranklinFulton Counties is a member chapter of the Arc of Pennsylvania and an affiliate of The Arc of the United States. VOLUNEERING Volunteers are essential to maintaining the everyday operations of the Arc.
