Three days of birding and nature programs on the south shore of Lake Superior at the peak of migration takes place on May 22-24. This year, the Chequamegon Bay Birding and Nature Festival has over 58 birding expeditions and programs planned! The event is headquartered at the Northern Great Lakes Visitor Center in Ashland, which also houses the Wisconsin Historical Society Ashland Area Research Center.
