Dr. Cade Brumley Louisiana State Superintendent of Education In 2023 a study released by the National Bureau of Economic Research of students in TAP schools across South Carolina found significant and sustained impact. Winona Middle School in Winona Texas improved its state letter grade from F in 2019 to a B in 2022.
