Village Ranch Child and Family Services is looking for a School-Based Therapist to work in our area schools (Dassel Cokato K-12, and Annandale K-12). We are looking for a compassionate individual who can provide a safe, non-stigmatizing, and supportive environment in which students and families have access to prevention, early intervention, and the support they need to help children and adolescents manage their emotions and behaviors in a school setting to build a hopeful path forward. This position will offer a tiered billable expectation through the academic year (September-May) with a modified billable expectation for the summer months (June-August) with an incentive to earn additional PTO for no-client contact days (Non school days).
