The Community Fund for Immigrant Wellness is seeking applications for its fifth cycle of grantmaking to support organizations that remove barriers and provide opportunities for individuals to live with dignity and joy. Organizations can apply for up to $50,000 to support the emotional health and wellbeing of immigrant and refugee communities. In less than a month the Cherelle Parker will officially take office. As our city continues to experience unacceptable community-level outcomes in gun violence, drug deaths, and poverty as well as an impending fiscal cliff, we need to get smarter, faster, and more targeted in the way we tackle challenges. The latest #VisionPhiladelphia paper is on the importance of data integration and partnerships to deliver better outcomes for all Philadelphians.
