PROVIDING Mobility and Independence to wounded/ill or injured through wheelchair accessible minivans since 2010. THANK YOU for supporting our mission to Improve the lives of our wounded military heroes by restoring mobility & independence with wheelchair accessible/rampentry vehicles. Medical designation is assigned by VA. Applicants need a #4502 & #1394. Help Our Military Heroes is dedicated to providing fully equipped, wheelchair accessible adaptive minivans to our country's most severely wounded, injured and ill service men and women who sustained their injuries while on active duty since the inception of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.

Be part of something special Improving the lives of our wounded military heroes through mobility and independence After 16 years Help Our Military Heroes is preparing to say farewell. 2025 will be our last year of operation. With a modest original goal of helping 20 wounded Veterans acquire wheelchair accessible vans our team has accomplished that mission and much more. Since 2009 HOMH has helped over 275 Veterans and their families acquire wheelchair accessible and modified vehicles and regain their mobility independence and freedom.
