We’re proud to share that Win has officially opened the Ruby Dee Family Shelter in the Bronx — a 95-unit, apartment-style shelter developed by Win for families experiencing homelessness. This isn’t just a new building — it’s a breakthrough model. Ruby Dee is fully ADA-accessible, with common areas, a playground, childcare, and trauma-informed design throughout — all shaped by feedback from the families and frontline staff who use these spaces every day. When we design, develop, and operate our own facilities, we build for purpose—not for profit. And that’s how we break the cycle of family homelessness.
