Over the past few months the Foundation has been working diligently to streamline our grant application process. We are now utilizing our online application software for grant applications! We are proud to provide these grants that help support ministries that reach the poor and vulnerable, enhance community well-being, supports seminarians and priests of the Diocese of Saginaw, supports Catholic education, supplement Catholic school teachers’ salaries, support tuition and scholarships to Catholic school and enable ministries to thrive! The Catholic Community Foundation honors the memory of our cherished donor, Geraldine LeFevre. Gerry was a beloved pillar of the Catholic community. Her depth of support and her heart for giving lives on in the LeFevre and Rokita Families Catholic College Scholarship as well as in her children. Mrs. LeFevre has always been a supporter of Seminarians and in supporting the Catholic Church. Her daughter, Ruth Buko, serves on the CCFMM Fund Development Committee, Governance Committee and the Board. Her son, Hugh LeFevre, has previously served on the Board and now serves as the chair of the Grants Committee. May the Lord bless you and keep you.
