Academic Collaborative for Integrative Health Council Welcome to the ACIH COUNCIL Academic Collaborative for Integrative Health ACIH has merged with the Academy of Integrative Health Medicine AIHM and become an AIHM Council. We believe that quality patient care requires we shift our diseasebased fractionalized system to one that is teambased collaborative and patientcentered as well as one that focuses significantly more on creating health and wellbeing. The ACIH Council originally formed in 2004 is the largest national voice representing Complementary and Integrative Health CIH organizations that have USA Department of Education recognition and are licensed in at least 1 state including Acupuncture Chiropractic Massage Therapy and Naturopathic Medicine. To advance our mission We ADVOCATE for a healthcare system that creates health and wellbeing and for the values and practices associated with integrative health medicine.
