Advocates for Basic Legal Equality (ABLE) is a non-profit regional law firm. ABLE's mission is to help low-income individuals and families achieve self-reliance, equal justice, and economic opportunity. ABLE's legal work focuses on impact advocacy - cases designed to address recurring, systemic issues that affect large numbers of people. ABLE's work also focuses on addressing discrimination and barriers based on race, national origin, disability, gender, and other protected classes.
