The 2nd quarter nomination period for the Grateful Heart Award closes June 30! This award is such a special way to give thanks for the care you or a loved one have received from Niagara Hospice. You are welcome to nominate anyone who works for Niagara Hospice! Whether that be a nurse, social worker, hospice aide, housekeeper, dietary aide, grief support or spiritual care counselor; any staff member that has positively impacted this journey for you and your loved ones is appropriate to nominate. Here are some of the characteristics all of our awardees have in common. Although the past couple of days have been rainy and dreary, earlier this week we were fortunate to capture some beautiful photos of our Reflection Pond-a cherished centerpiece of the Niagara Hospice Memorial Gardens. Thanks to generous proceeds from Cornerstone Community Day, the pond has undergone major renovations, revitalizing a space that brings peace to so many hearts. We are so grateful to our friends at Cornerstone Community FCU for their support in making this possible.
