They possess buckets of character.” The 700 block of Mura Street is the block that community caretakers like Mr. Edwards and Ms. Duncan call home. It is a thread in the fabric of a neighborhood that leaders like Regina Hammond are bringing back to life. But when the revitalization of a tiny block like Mura Street is getting noticed across Baltimore, it clearly means something bigger.
