Boys Hope Girls Hope is an academic scholarship program for underprivileged youth in the Metro Detroit area. Boys Hope Girls Hope is a college prep and academic scholarship program for students in the Metro Detroit area. Boys Hope Girls Hope of Detroit’s mission is to "nurture and guide motivated young people in need to become well-educated, career-ready men and women for others.” In addition, we work to graduate young people who are physically, socially, emotionally, & academically prepared for post-secondary education & a productive life, seeking to break the cycle of a generational lack of comparable resources. We believe that while talent may be equally distributed in our society, opportunity is not. Our programs instill hope and create equity in the Detroit community by providing access and opportunity to youth who are already driven to succeed.
