This month, our seniors took an exciting field trip using public transportation, traveling all the way from North Sacramento to Elk Grove! They successfully navigated trains and buses, gaining valuable skills and confidence along the way. We’re incredibly proud of their growing independence and determination. Experiences like this empower our seniors to stay connected, mobile, and active in their communities. (fb)

Mission And Vision Our mission is to empower underserved communities by offering culturally sensitive educational social and economic services and resources to youth adults and parents. Together we unite individuals to construct a resilient and inclusive community where all can flourish. HYPU HMONG YOUTH AND PARENTS UNITED is a 501c3 nonprofit organization established in 2008 by Hmong parents with the goal to preserve and pass on the Hmong language and culture to Hmong Americans.
