Meet Ken Wigley, a retired Reach Operator and a true symbol of perseverance. After living with heart failure for a decade and surviving a heart attack, Ken underwent a transformative Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) procedure at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in 2024. Reflecting on his experience at Deborah, he says, “I’ve been hospitalized hundreds of times; I know care, and I can say that the level of care from Deborah is second to none.” He expresses gratitude for the precious time he now has with family and close friends. To celebrate one year since his LVAD procedure, Ken returned to Deborah with candy bags for the team members, showcasing his appreciation.
