Balancing work, school drop-offs, activities, and trying to keep everyone fed, happy, and grounded isn't easy. Be gentle with yourselves. ✨Exciting news!✨ Friends of Mental Health did a back to school supply drive for the month of July. Between staff and amazing donors we were able to give out almost 200 backpacks and school supplies to families. How amazing is that?! Thank you to Navis Pack and Ship and Hensley Legal Group, PC for your generous donation of backpacks and school supplies.
