Inner City Athletic Program Inner City Athletic Program Childhood obesity prevention positive youth development Giving back through lifechanging experiences. ICAPx27s Mission Inner City Athletic Programs mission is to provide free athletic instruction and guidance to underserved fostered and disabled youth by stressing the importance of nutrition exercise and education with community involvement in prevention of childhood obesity and positive youth development. ICAPx27s steppin up program Inner City Athletic Programs fall 10week Steppin Up program working with 4th 5th graders at Valencia Park Elementary School has been successfully completed. ICAP has reached all of our goals and objectives through evaluations of our pre postsurveys by the Evaluation Specialist at SDSU RECENT EVENTS About Us Our Program Inner City Athletic Program is a 501c3 nonprofit organization established in 2008 that serves atrisk and underserved boys girls ages 7 14 who live in lowincome communities.
