The Catholic Communication Campaign will be collected in parishes across the Diocese of Camden this weekend. Earlier this month, Pope Leo XIV said, “The Church must face the challenges posed by the times. In the same way, communication and journalism do not exist outside of time and history. Saint Augustine reminds of this when he said, ‘Let us live well, and the times will be good. As Mother Teresa said, ‘I’m a little pencil in the hand of God.’” For almost five decades, Anna Summers has been a familiar, composed and compassionate presence for laity and clergy in the Diocese of Camden. Today, as the current secretary to the vicar general and chancellor retires, we wish Anna many blessings and thank her for many years of faithful ministry in the Diocese. May God bless her always!
