Services for Children We are proud to offer Early Intervention EI for children birth to three. Our Childrens Center also offers the only Lekotek center in Northeastern PA as well as Compuplay camps for children of all different age groups throughout the year. Services for Adults UCP of NEPA offers a centerbased Adult Day Program in Scranton. We also offer Residential Services for both supported independent living and community living arrangements for adults.
