We’re excited to introduce three new grant-funded staff members working alongside CACH and the Housing Development Corp. Rock Hill —Alex, Carilee, and Chrissy! These incredible young professionals recently joined our Rapid ReHousing Team and are already making a big impact. In just their first two weeks, they’ve onboarded dozens of new clients and helped transition seven individuals into safe, stable housing. WHO WE ARE Our organization is on a mission to address homelessness in Chester Lancaster and York counties. We pioneer innovative strategies foster collaboration educate our fellow service providers and community members and advocate for evidencebased solutions to homelessness. In doing this we create a more effective homeless response system that quickly transitions individuals and families from homelessness to housing.
