Masonic Village at Lafayette Hill residents from all areas of campus participated in a walk around the building to raise awareness and support for #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth. Masonic Village at Warminster staff also wore pink in support of the cause. The video below highlights one Lafayette Hill resident's personal journey to recover from breast cancer, but serves as a reminder for all of us that October is a crucial time for promoting education and supporting all our residents, staff and loved ones affected by breast cancer. Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among women worldwide. Approximately 2.3 million women were diagnosed and 670,000 deaths were attributed to the disease in 2022, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). Approximately 0.5 - 1% of breast cancers occur in men. Research shows you can significantly reduce your risk through lifestyle changes and regular screenings, so don't put off that mammogram! (fb)

Masonic Village at Elizabethtown residents sipped, snacked and socialized at the season's latest high tea! These events, organized by a team of residents, bring a boutique tearoom experience to the Masonic Village campus. Residents enjoyed small bites and sweets served alongside various hot teas.
