TO DEVELOP ARTS AWARENESS THROUGH EDUCATION PROGRAMS AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH, PROMOTE ARTISTIC EXPERIENCES FOR DIVERSE AGES AND CULTURES, FACILITATE COMMUNICATION AMONG AREA ARTISTS AND ORGAIZATIONS, AND TO PROVIDE FUNDING.
