Our FCCH team and clients attended a Meet the Author event hosted by First United Methodist Church Waukegan where they had the chance to meet and speak with Candice Klopfenstein, author of "The Place Where I Belong"! Candice shared the story while one of our team members translated, and afterwards, our kids participated in an art activity to create a place where they feel like they belong. We are also lucky to share that the UW Faith at Glenview United Methodist Church helped provide funding so that every KAA FCCH provider could own a copy! We hope everyone had a great time!
