Compassionate Homecare in the Grand Valley As a nonprofit homecare provider SummitWest Care believes that people deserve to heal at home. Our experienced nurses and homecare specialists provide services to both private insurance patients as well as Medicaid Medicare and other underserved individuals. We are committed to filling the gaps in the homecare community and providing services where the demand is heavy in the Grand Valley. SummitWest Care does not currently provide Speech Therapy and Infusion Services.
