Portland Youth Dance offers scholarships for dancers ages 2-18 that struggle to pay for dance. We know families work so hard to provide and sometimes dance training seems like a luxury but we don’t think dance should be out of anyone’s reach. Company Outreach Celebrating over 25 years of dance community in Portland Maine. Portland Youth Dance PYD is a nonprofit 501c3 organization serving the greater Portland Maine community by providing a preprofessional dance company and outreach programs for kids and teens. Portland Youth Dance Company Crew PYD promotes creative excellence by providing diverse educational volunteer and performance opportunities for youth in the greater Portland area. Auditions are DanceAbility Community Classes Begin March 22nd.
