Thanks to a generous grant from Atlantic Health Chilton Medical Center, the BGCFIT Program has officially launched at our Pequannock Summer Camp — a now will be happening at our Wayne Club this month during our after-school program. Thanks to tristate_barbell, 🏋️♀️🏋️this program is a big success. BGCFIT is designed specifically for middle school students, emphasizing strength training, cardio workouts, 🤸🤾♀️and the fundamentals of overall fitness. By combining fun, engaging physical activities with lessons in proper nutrition 🍎, BGC FIT is setting the foundation for a lifetime of healthy habits. Traci, a Club mom shares her thanks..."Ari enjoyed that so much! And I really wanted to get both of them in their program this fall/winter season." 🥰 (fb)
