As we get into the time when Social Work students are graduating and starting to get their LMSWs, we turn our attention to the process of accumulating supervised hours towards being LCSWs. There are several things about the setting of the supervision and the qualifications of the supervisor of which recent LMSWs and Supervisors need to be aware.
