Jamiex27s Story Jamiex27s Heart Foundation was founded in loving memory of Jamie Noel Hannah whox27s legacy we honor by continuing to provide assistance to families and their children who battle childhood heart diseases and defects just as she had many years ago. What We Do Jamies Heart Foundation provides financial and emotional support to families who are battling childhood heart disease. We provide personalized support on a casebycase basis because we know every family has a different story and different needs.
