🔶 Registration for the in-person conference will be open until September 30th. 🔶 Auditions Date & Location: Friday, October 24 and Saturday, October 25 at Shenandoah University. 🔶 Pianists: Collegiate and Adult categories are responsible for securing their own pianists. Children, youth and high school categories will have a staff accompanist available, or may bring their own pianist. Each pianist may play for up to 12 student entries. 🔶 Chaperones: Any student under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who is not their voice teacher. Teachers must collect the Minor Chaperone form from parents of underage students. Please note that this year there are new rules around contrasting repertoire. 🔶 Adjudication: All teachers submitting students must adjudicate for both days of the conference, or provide a substitute.
