Join us for an outdoor guided forest bathing experience. Forest bathing is a practice known as “Shinrin-Yoku” from Japan, which started in the 1980s in response to a spike of stress-related illness. Since then it has come to the United States and also practiced as a means of mindfulness, grounding, stress relief, slowing down, and connection with nature. We'll end the session with tea sharing.
