This week, our Development, Service Coordination, and Policy teams welcomed Juliana Bilowich, Director of Housing Operations & Policy for LeadingAge and Susan Wallace, President/CEO of LeadingAge Ohio, for a hard hat tour of Berwyn East Place — our soon-to-open service-enriched affordable housing community in Columbus, OH. The group also visited Brookwood Point independent living before heading to Washington, DC, where Stephanie Rhodes, Senior Portfolio Manager, joined Juliana in meetings with HUD leadership and Congressional staff. Together, they shared updates on our affordable housing portfolio and advocated for our Federal FY26 priorities. We’re grateful for the strength of our partnerships and for our policy ambassadors who amplify the mission of National Church Residences every day. (fb)
