Supporting Families Every Step of the Way We are a nonprofit dedicated to ensuring that children and families have the skills knowledge and resources to start healthy stay healthy and succeed in school. Family Support Education Programs At MCHC we understand the challenges and joys of of parenthood well. We recognize that preparing for school begins well before kindergarten. Drawing from evidencebased practices in home visiting and early childhood development we meet families where they are to help build a strong foundation for health and wellbeing starting from pregnancy.
