IEC and 14 of our affiliate members are united in our opposition to Trump's political playbook that strips funding for climate programs, sacrifices public health, and abandons farmers and small business owners. This anti-science agenda guts clean energy manufacturing and kills good union jobs. Worse, he's doing this just to give huge tax breaks to the extremely wealthy, like big oil and gas CEOs. Hard-working Illinoisans don't deserve this. We can’t afford for state legislators to drag their feet while President Trump’s agenda marches forward. Together, we call on the Illinois General Assembly to pass the Clean and Reliable Grid Affordability Act and the Clean and Equitable Transportation Act with haste this legislative session.
