It was a joyous occasion this morning celebrating the grand opening of the new Rockville Bank Community Foundation Room at CT State Manchester! Thanks to the Foundation's generous gift, students at CT State Manchester will have the opportunity to engage in hybrid and virtual learning with fellow students, speakers and experts from across the globe.
