🌟 Proud of Our Interns! 🌟 Last week our Isles Interns kicked off the summer by serving patrons at the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen! 💛 Throughout the summer, we'll have 5-6 interns rotating every Monday to serve at TASK and support the TASK Mobile Truck. We're also excited to welcome special guests including city, county, and school officials who will join us in this meaningful work. The feedback was incredible - TASK was truly pleased with our interns' dedication and service, and we couldn't be more proud of their commitment to community service! COMMUNITY VOICES IN ACTION Our recent town hall was incredible! Seeing neighbors come together to discuss federal cuts threatening our community programs was both eye-opening and inspiring. Participants learned about specific cuts impacting our area, discussed advocacy strategies that work, wrote letters to Congress, and connected with fellow community advocates. The energy in the room was unmatched - from longtime supporters to new voices, everyone was united around protecting the programs that strengthen our neighborhoods. Want to join us in action?
