For over 30 years, Polly Triplat has shared her gifts of healing and well-being with the Truckee-Tahoe community through Soulwise Healing Arts. Her work blends hands-on healing, movement, creativity, and nature-based practices to help others connect with their inner wisdom. Polly also served on the Board of Slow Food Lake Tahoe, fostering connections to growing food and local resources. As a valued Board member of Trails & Vistas, she’s guided Art Hikes, led workshops, and brought her light to the Historical Haunted Tour.
