Building Power Saving Lives LEARN MORE Voices of Community Activists and Leaders VOCALNY is a statewide grassroots membership organization that builds power among lowincome people directly impacted by HIVAIDS the drug war mass incarceration and homelessness. We accomplish this through community organizing leadership development advocacy direct services and direct action. Our Issues Our Issues VOCALNY has been building power among lowincome people affected by HIVAIDS the drug war mass incarceration and homelessness in order to create healthy and just communities. OUR SERVICES VOCALNY offers harm reduction services to people who use drugs in New York City based out of our Brooklyn office.
